There is a rental property near Sweet Basil - when we were in SP last year, there was an empty lot 'tween it and the ocean. Is that still the case? Real question, can you at least see the ocean from the home?

Hey, wannabethere, I'm not in SP right now, own a lot just up the road from the place you refer to. I do not remember being able to see the ocean from there, but then I was at road level...

Thanks for the reply. Just seems to good a deal to pass up, even if you can't see the ocean. Hmm ...perhaps if I stand on a chair on the front porch on 2nd floor!

Perhaps the 2nd level "is just high" enough, if not, will just walk to it
