we're completely intrigued by the up and coming development Palm Bay Club way up north by the Bacalar preserve. does anyone know how long it takes to get up there from san pedro in a small boat? Is it closer to travel to Xcalak for supplies? what do you think about building way up there and how long before the infrastructure is established? development seems to move at a fast and furious pace on ambergris....thanks for any and all input.

I am looking to purchase a small lot in the Palm Bay Club.

I feel this area has the highest room for growth in equity. The location is second to none.

A bit out of the way, now, but things are changing here fast.

Plus, it is inside a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
