I also emailed Island Tours, as I was to rent from them next week and here is their response:

We have no problem with your decision. I just hope you continue to reading about this matter. I have been very anxious to post my side but for the fact that we are doing everything on the legal way I have been advice not to do so until the case is solved in court. As soon as we have finish with the
case I will go to the web and post the story from our side and you will see the difference.
I am not Shame of the way I have manage the situation and I also don't feel that I have rip off no one. Like I said before, after the case you will get a lot of things cleared.
