Then, what I hear you saying, Leah Ann, is you condone his actions. If you aren't against his behavior, you are supporting it, or at the very least, tolerating it. ...guess we all learn something from this board, huh?
I personally don't condone his actions, but I protect his right to partake in any personal pleasure he sees fit... so far as the law permits or his willingness to accept the consequence from the law if broken. And of course if he's willing to accept the consequences certain to come from his family.
My problem with Spitzer was that he did so while at the same time trying to take down the same organizations. He opened himself up to bribery, blackmail and so much more. That is unacceptable behavior for an Attorney General (and later Governer) who is in the position of such great power.
