Billy is a crook! This same thing happened -- actually is happening -- to me. I was in AC about a month ago and after returning home I noticed an unauthorized charge from Billy's store on my credit card. I disputed the charge and was reimbursed and I just received a call today from my credit card company informing me that Billy's store just charged my card $250. Shame on you Billy!
