Yep champion, you can say I'm pessimistic and i don't mind,I've just heard about Mexico and the projects at the head of the island so long I'm immune.
The Town board can't fix a pot hole in the road and surely isn't going to build 15 miles of road through that terrain for tourist traffic from Mexico. A laughable Idea. There is zero on the Mexican side of the boarder also.
Heredia signing a letter of intent is only good to bait some developers into a little mordeda.
