I just got my map of the Palm Bay Club out and after wiping the beads of sweat off my brow finally came to grips with the reality that this road would have to run right through the PBC development because the very north of the tip of the island is all PBC land.

They would have to buy out some of the lot owners. The question is: Would they give us more than what we paid for each lot? What leverage could we use to get big bucks?
