When you buy a property on AC you don't know which fees you are obliged to pay on your side, even if you have experience in the US or Canada. The fee structure is different.Some AC realtor's simply put their income taxes on your bill.That is sneaky but not exactly illegal, like a junk fee in the US.
My lawyer assures me that only becomes fraud if they tell you the law requires you pay this fee.I have been told this by more than one AC realtor. Just get up and leave the office. They may not know the law and be defrauding you by accident but an uniformed realtor is not your first choice with so many good ones around,


I know they all add on their GST on top of the commission I just wanted to know from Dane if this was legal? and does Dane add on GST as well?
