Yes, the 2nd and 3rd floors are all about the view.....I must agree with the last post. We bought 3 years ago south of town. We bought 1st level but could have chosen 3rd. We just didn't like all the steps. We enjoy walking right out on the beach and not having to transport all our groceries, etc. to the 3rd floor. If you do rental, there are a lot of people who want the first floor because of physical limitations. I have never stayed at The Cloisters so can't comment on that project.
