thanks - Frankly, nor do I... this child.. Derrick is Family to me, the entire family, is family... we would never do anything to harm him for sure...
He and I spent 48 hours together, more or less, to get his VISA completed last week... no issue...

Nancy - you're closer to Derrick than most of us. Wouldn't he greatly prefer it if Dan could go with him? Or are we misinformed and will he be happy to go with anyone as "chaperone"?

WE HAD AN OFFER TO TAKE HIM AT A WAY REDUCED COST... AND DID NOT HAVE THE FUNDS TO SEND DAN... DAN KNEW IT, SUPPORTED IT... AND WE BOOKED IT... SO IT IS DONE, REGARDLESS OF WHAT YOU ALL WANT..OR THINK..... YES, WE AGREE, DERRICK MAY BE WAY MORE COMFORTABLE WITH DAN, BUT , IT IS ALREADY BOOKED OTHERWISE, AND WILL NOT BE CHANGING AS FAR AS I CAN SEE,,,, WHY DO WE NEED 2 TO GO NOW... AT PUBLIC COST????
