I would like to take this moment to apologize to Amanda for anything I may have said early. Amanda is one of the best realtor's I know and I have known her for over 10 years. Amanda had explained everything and I already new as I had bought property in San Pedro. I was only fishing to see if anyone else new the law.

I would like to add, I had to place my property with one of the realtor's and Amanda was on top of the list for all the help she had given in the past. There are several other very good realtor's and they have been mention.
