Alcohol and tobacco are not better and may well be worse, but for one to be criminalized while the other 2 are sources of vast tax revenue is just stupid, and dates back to controlling black Americas' drug of choice during the prohibition era....

Speaking of stupid......Ed Rendell was on TV this morning railing against Toomey....

He said Toomy has 2 issues that don't sit well with Pennsylvanians... "He (Toomy) wants to reduce corporate taxes and says that China's economy is doing well!" .. It was seemingly beyond him (Rendell) to deduce that lowering corporate taxes would KEEP manufacturing jobs from going abroad!

Sorry if putting the names in brackets seems redundant, but you never know who may need a little help to follow along..... Its not 'erb that makes some people a little slow...it's just the way they are!
