It takes a certain mind set and determination to make a business work in a small country where only 70,000 or so people pay taxes and you are working within a culture different than most foreigners are accustomed to or understand beyond their own doorstep. The people I see who are successful have done their research, have a plan in place, know what hoops they have to jump thru, don't let roadblocks discourage them and at the end of the day, make an honest buck.
