Anyone knows if there is anything in the Commonwealth or Belizean law similar to the equal protection clause under the 14th amendment to the US constitution?

I'm not going to hold my breath, as Belize is run more like a mob territory than a real country - and failing at that too - it ain't the stuff that's running this zoo.
