If the brewing you want to do is not the problem with getting your permits, I would suggest researching the resorts and individuals who make wine and sell it legally here in Belize. I think you have a cool idea, it is not being done or overdone. There are more than enough hardware stores, golfcart rentals, dive shops, or just the "same old thing everyone else does" shops to choose from. If this town can support more than one baker, butcher, airline, cellphone company and many other unique businesses, then it certainly can support one little brewpub. (No offense intended to anyone who has a hardware store, golfcart rental, dive shop, or just the "same old thing everyone else does" shop) I personally do not drink beer, but I think I have the right to "not" drink anything I want, including your brew, not just Belikin.
