I'm very grateful to Jason for reviewing the facts and changing his view, but the fact is that Protech still did get it wrong and I'll try to make sure it doesn't happen too often in future. One small point - when I said the message we sent to his hotel somehow got to the wrong room I didn't mean that the hotel necessarily got it wrong. I think it's quite likely the message from Protech was worded confusingly and the hotel staff did the best they could with it. So Protech probably got that wrong as well!
