Yes, I was up the road (or should I say up that creek) last week. I think it took an hour to get up to Grand Caribe. I think the first thing they need to do is add some drainage ditching on both sides of the road. Then add culvert pipes for access to properties. Compaction is also necessary. The water has nowhere to go when it rains!
