"Those who want a road and lighting and traffic and speed bumps are free to buy South." ....they're also free to buy North.

The only way to ensure you'll never have paved roads, street lights, trucks, taxis and services is to purchase your own little island. Belize has thousands, plenty are for sale.

Chris, I am happy where I am and when the progress comes I will adjust. I can feel good about myself, my purchase, and how I feel about Belize. I am not the one making promises about developing and selling before the infrastructure is in to make it all work. I sleep well at night. For me, I don't need the road and I hope the day never comes that I do. But if I did NEED a road, I would have purchased where there was a road instead of wanting a lot up by Mexico Rocks and then demand that a road be created. Do you get my point yet or are you still in the mindset that "guests" complain so we need to do something about it. Guests complain that we don't have a McDonald's and Tiffany's and Walmart and that things cost more here than in Mexico? Are we going to get them as well because that is what "guests" need. Most people I know live for what we have now and don't purchase and then demand that the area changes. For everyone who wants a road, we eventually will get a road, but that doesn't mean that anyone who bought before that was even a real possibility has to like it or want it.
