Continued building on both sides of the road , which im certain will happen quite rapidly will only make the road conditions worse as new buildings will stop the natural drainage of surface water out to the lagoon or sea. A proper plan needs to be drawn up and costed so that action can be taken when monies are made available. Or as in many countries, site owners are required to pay monies into a road fund to cover the cost of their frontage being made trafficable . I dont know whats done here
