Good luck guys.
I'm a tourist who's planning on moving to San Pedro in the next few months and spending a pile of money...however in my opinion this clock tower is an obscene display of poor taste, poor vision, and clear corruption. It gives me hesitation due to the, "if they can get away with this - then what's next?" factor.
