Tri tip - Yum!! It's a boneless roast, a cut of meat from the bottom sirloin, called tritip because of its "triangular" shape. Originated in the Santa Maria area, great on the BBQ and you don't have to cook it for 27 days before it's edible. You don't know what you're missing!
