Accepted for review my ass! The plebe has not gotten the scrutiny that your's truly had to endure. I have thoroughly scoured the by-laws and have found nothing there-in pertaining to favoritism for those just showing up in SP. And I believe the Treas still has a few of my membership checks he hasn't cashed? Or accounted for?
