I've been looking at the Google Earth map and it looks like with out culverts and bridge the Grand Belize Estates will also flood during a big rain. It would probably be in the best interest of everyone to make sure this road project is done properly and estimate how big and how many culverts need to be installed.
I'm sure that would be part of an environmental assessment if the Town Board had done one. A token bridge and a few little culverts wont do anything when we see the rains come.
Journeys End,Solaria,Las terrazas, Blue Dolphin, Belizean Shores CocoBeach, everything all the way down to Grand Carribe will be adversely affected if this road is just a dam.
