Juan. The reason that it is a SPTC project is because the Developers (you?) were smart and fooled the not so switched on Town Council to front the project in their name negating the need for an EIA etc. Now they/you are using this to hide behind.

Do the project in the right way and this isn't with causeway/levy/raised roads that stops the water flow. It needs to be a piling bridge style construction when over water.
