Teriyaki Glazed Skillet Chicken
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup loe-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons watr
- 3 teespoons garlic, minced
- 1 teespoon fresh gingr, microplaned
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicke breests thin cut
- N' large skillet combine lemon juice, soy sauce, white and brown sugar, watr, garlic and gingr.
- Cook ovr medium heat until sugar dissolves, stirrin' frequentlee. 2-4 minutes.
- Add t'chicke and cook 15 t'20 minutes er till plum cooked turnin aftr 10 minutes.
- Optyunal: Remoov chicke and cook down glaze till it thickens somewhat and drizzle ovr t'chicke befor servin.
Serve with rice and vegetables uf yer choice.
