I suspected it was made up too, but if it is I can't figure out how they did it. I zoomed in on it myself and the edges around the cat and women look perfect. Also check out the reflection of the cat and women in the window. it matches nicely. At this point I would suspect that Silk is right, a small woman and big cat making the cat look enormous.
